Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site IT support during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Deploy and configure network infrastructure for client projects
- Execute system updates and security patches during off-peak hours
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues with rapid response SLAs
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles
- Coordinate with weekday teams for seamless project handoffs
- Ensure compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience in contract or consulting roles
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Active Directory
- Strong familiarity with Azure cloud services and hybrid environments
- Availability for all weekend shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional on-site visits
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for hardware deployments
