Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for desktop/laptop systems, printers, and network devices
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including OS, productivity suites, and security applications
- Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure components (servers, switches, firewalls)
- Document all technical activities, tickets, and solutions in company CRM system
- Collaborate with on-call engineers to escalate complex issues requiring advanced expertise
- Perform system backups, security patches, and routine maintenance during low-traffic periods
- Deliver user training on new technologies and IT best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience with Windows/macOS environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network connectivity, VPN, and endpoint security
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits (mileage reimbursed)
