Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in high-demand roles across diverse industries
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates through advanced sourcing techniques
- Develop deep client relationships to understand staffing needs and business objectives
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to candidate onboarding
- Leverage CRM systems (Greenhouse, Lever) to track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and salary benchmarks
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to continuous process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate or agency recruitment experience with proven placement track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Boolean search techniques
- Strong understanding of Chicago's labor market and key industry sectors
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
