Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, IT, and finance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and client companies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from job requisition to onboarding
- Utilize advanced ATS tools to track candidate pipelines and placement metrics
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments to ensure perfect matches
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive talent
- Collaborate with sales team to exceed monthly placement targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or recruitment experience in Fort Worth/Dallas market
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs in a fast-paced environment
- Expert knowledge of local talent landscape and industry trends
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Valid Texas staffing license or willingness to obtain immediately
