Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates across multiple industries
- Build and maintain robust client relationships in Virginia Beach
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from interview to placement
- Utilize ATS platforms and digital sourcing tools effectively
- Conduct in-person candidate assessments at our Oceanfront office
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop recruitment campaigns
- Maintain strict compliance with EEOC and labor regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2+ years of recruitment or staffing experience
- Proven track record in candidate sourcing and placement
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Valid Virginia driver's license with reliable transportation
- Strong knowledge of Virginia Beach's job market dynamics
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, commission-driven environment
