Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding candidates.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and update job postings.
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent through networking and sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create compelling job descriptions.
- Process payroll and ensure all employment documentation is accurate and compliant.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources (1-3 years preferred).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices in California.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in HR or Business preferred.
