Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for a variety of administrative, technical, and skilled trades positions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing strategies.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Manage the onboarding process for temporary and permanent placements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly placement goals.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
