Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse staffing assignments across DC metro area
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire roles
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including offer negotiations and onboarding support
- Develop strategic partnerships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and social media for talent acquisition
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize strategies for weekly placement success
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting weekly KPIs and placement targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with client-facing experience
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Strong understanding of DC job market and industry trends
