Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates for technical roles across SF Bay Area
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments for engineering positions
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance
- Build and nurture relationships with 50+ tech clients monthly
- Leverage data analytics to optimize hiring funnels and KPIs
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction through transparent communication
- Lead weekly talent pipeline reviews with hiring managers
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience in San Francisco market
- Proven success placing software engineers, data scientists, or DevOps roles
- Expertise in Boolean search and Boolean string development
- Strong understanding of tech stacks (Python, AWS, React, etc.)
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
- Track record of exceeding 30 placements quarterly
- Valid California driver's license for client meetings
