Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates for diverse client needs across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Conduct thorough candidate screening and interviews using ATS systems
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement and onboarding
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for submissions and placements
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in our CRM platform
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record
- Expertise in sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Boolean, referrals)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Washington State driver's license (client site visits required)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
