Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruitment for high-demand roles in AI, Cloud, and Cybersecurity
- Leverage our proprietary AI platform to identify and engage passive candidates
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with top tech companies in the Bay Area
- Conduct technical interviews and assess candidate skills against complex job requirements
- Drive recruitment analytics to optimize hiring funnels and reduce time-to-fill
- Mentor junior recruiters on advanced sourcing techniques and industry trends
- Collaborate with clients to define talent strategies and hiring roadmaps
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience in San Francisco's tech ecosystem
- Proven track record placing engineers in AI/ML, DevOps, or Security roles
- Expertise in Boolean/X-ray sourcing and advanced LinkedIn Recruiter techniques
- Deep understanding of technical stacks (Python, AWS, Kubernetes, etc.)
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical requirements
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- History of achieving 120%+ quarterly recruitment targets
