Responsibilities
- Sourcing and placing specialized tech talent (software engineers, data scientists, DevOps) with Fortune 500 clients
- Managing full-cycle recruitment from requisition to offer acceptance
- Leveraging Boolean/X-Ray sourcing techniques to build passive candidate pipelines
- Conducting technical interviews and skills assessments for complex roles
- Collaborating with clients to refine job descriptions and hiring strategies
- Utilizing Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate engagement
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in Silicon Valley
- Proven track record placing senior-level engineering talent
- Expert knowledge of Bay Area tech market and compensation trends
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
- Ability to make 15-20 placements monthly
