Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech forums
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 technical roles simultaneously
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Utilize Greenhouse and Lever ATS to track pipeline metrics and optimize workflows
- Conduct technical screenings and coordinate interviews with engineering leads
- Develop innovative employer branding campaigns for high-demand specialties
- Analyze market trends to inform competitive compensation packages
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS, fintech, or gaming clients
- Expert knowledge of Python, Java, AWS, and modern DevOps practices
- Proven ability to close 80%+ of submitted candidates within 30 days
- Advanced proficiency in Boolean search strings and BooleanX tools
- Track record of building diverse talent pipelines through DEI initiatives
- Experience with recruitment analytics and KPI reporting in data-driven environments
- Strong negotiation skills with 5-figure placement averages
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
