- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding support
- Develop deep expertise in Nashville's tech market trends and hiring landscape
- Collaborate with clients to define requirements and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions
- Leverage ATS systems and data analytics to optimize recruitment metrics
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team growth initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record placing software engineers or IT professionals
- Expert knowledge of sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow Jobs)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to assess technical competencies
- Familiarity with Nashville tech ecosystem and local talent networks
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven recruitment approach
- Ability to manage high-volume hiring cycles in fast-paced environments
- BS/BA in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
