Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates across multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking events)
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement for IT, engineering, and developer roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and skills assessments
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidates, manage pipelines, and ensure compliance
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop innovative sourcing strategies
- Provide regular updates and actionable insights to clients and candidates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven success placing candidates in IT, software development, or engineering roles
- Expert knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
