Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across GitHub, LinkedIn, and niche tech forums
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for software engineering roles
- Develop deep partnerships with hiring managers at client companies
- Optimize recruitment funnel using Greenhouse and Lever ATS
- Conduct technical interviews and candidate assessments
- Drive diversity initiatives in talent pipelines
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience in the LA tech market
- Expertise in sourcing for full-stack, mobile, and cloud engineering roles
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements monthly
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse/Lever preferred)
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
