Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates across software development, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity roles
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Conduct technical interviews and skills assessments to ensure cultural fit
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 clients to define staffing requirements and deliverables
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to placement and onboarding
- Leverage ATS systems (Greenhouse, Workday) for data-driven decision making
- Drive retention strategies through post-placement check-ins and relationship nurturing
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience with Detroit/Michigan market expertise
- Proven success placing roles in software engineering, DevOps, and data analytics
- Technical aptitude to evaluate candidates for Java, Python, AWS, and cloud technologies
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Metrics-driven mindset with experience in KPI reporting and pipeline optimization
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with 15+ simultaneous requisitions
