- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for software engineering and data science roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 startups
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies leveraging AI tools and niche platforms
- Conduct technical interviews and assess candidate skills against complex requirements
- Lead recruitment initiatives for urgent high-stakes positions with tight deadlines
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic talent acquisition insights to clients
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in the Bay Area tech sector
- Expertise in sourcing for software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps roles
- Proven track record of filling urgent technical positions within 30 days
- Deep understanding of San Jose's tech ecosystem and key employers
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or equivalent credential preferred
