Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified technical candidates for urgent client requirements
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including interviews and offer negotiations
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for specialized tech roles
- Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and position requirements
- Utilize ATS systems and social platforms to identify passive candidates
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry hiring trends
- Maintain compliance with EEOC and recruitment regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience with SaaS/tech companies
- Proven track record of filling urgent roles within tight deadlines
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates on LinkedIn and GitHub
- Familiarity with Denver's tech ecosystem and talent pools
- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously
