Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client openings across diverse industries
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using cutting-edge recruitment technologies
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from requisition to placement
- Develop strategic partnerships with Kansas City area businesses
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies and compensation benchmarks
- Maintain 95%+ client satisfaction through exceptional communication and follow-up
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Strong network of Kansas City professionals and industry connections
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive placements
