Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions using ATS platforms and networking
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and industry partners
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles in tech, healthcare, and finance
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize processes for efficiency
- Represent our agency at career events and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, Bullhorn)
- Strong network of Tampa Bay professionals across key industries
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority deadlines simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- SHRM or CSP certification preferred
