Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at partner companies
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from offer to onboarding
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using ATS and digital platforms
- Track and report key metrics to drive recruitment excellence
- Collaborate with team to achieve weekly/monthly placement goals
Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing or recruitment experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong sales mindset with proven negotiation abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
