Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Match candidates to positions based on skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Manage candidate pipelines and coordinate interview logistics
- Conduct market research to identify hiring trends and talent needs
- Update and maintain applicant tracking systems with accurate data
- Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients
- Participate in recruitment events and networking opportunities
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or staffing industry experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of South Florida's job market and industry landscape
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings/weekends
