Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates through proactive communication
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including interviews, negotiations, and onboarding support
- Leverage market intelligence to identify emerging talent trends and client needs
- Collaborate with team members to optimize recruitment strategies and improve placement success rates
- Manage candidate pipelines using our proprietary CRM system and ATS technology
- Represent our agency at industry events and networking functions to expand our reach
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or talent acquisition
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement metrics and KPIs
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly and professionally
- Strong knowledge of Portland's job market and industry-specific talent pools
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Valid staffing/recruiting certification (CERS, CSP) or willingness to obtain
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
