Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary, contract, and direct-hire positions
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses to understand staffing needs
- Conduct candidate interviews and skill assessments for technical and non-technical roles
- Manage job postings across multiple platforms and optimize for maximum visibility
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide exceptional candidate experience
- Meet weekly/monthly KPIs for placements and revenue generation
- Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate pipeline
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruiting/staffing experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Proven track record of meeting sales/recruitment targets
- Knowledge of Omaha's job market and local industries
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
