Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for diverse client positions
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines across multiple industries
- Develop strong client relationships through consultative staffing solutions
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to placement
- Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards for strategic sourcing
- Collaborate with internal team to optimize recruitment workflows
- Track KPIs including time-to-fill and candidate satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate or agency recruitment experience
- Proven success in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Expert knowledge of applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field preferred
