Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for urgent client openings across Portland's key industries
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Conduct behavioral interviews and assess candidate cultural fit for diverse client needs
- Manage client relationships through weekly progress updates and feedback sessions
- Execute targeted recruitment campaigns for hard-to-fill positions
- Leverage ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred) to track metrics and optimize processes
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop employer branding materials
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs (time-to-fill, submission-to-hire ratio)
- Expertise in sourcing technical candidates (engineers, developers, data scientists)
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage candidate expectations
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment analytics tools
- Valid Oregon driver's license for occasional client visits
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
