Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15+ concurrent client assignments
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines using Boolean sourcing techniques
- Collaborate with clients to define requirements and deliver tailored hiring solutions
- Execute urgent same-day placements for high-priority roles
- Leverage ATS systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends in Portland
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs in high-volume environments
- Expertise in Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in urgent, deadline-driven settings
- Familiarity with Portland's talent landscape preferred
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
