Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent staffing assignments in healthcare, IT, and light industrial sectors
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement with 15+ weekly hires
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and candidates
- Utilize ATS systems and social media platforms to maximize candidate reach
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments for technical roles
- Collaborate with sales team to develop staffing solutions for client needs
- Maintain 95% compliance with state and federal employment regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in agency/corporate recruiting with proven track record
- Strong technical understanding of healthcare IT, software development, or manufacturing roles
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing and passive candidate engagement strategies
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to manage high-volume placements
- Valid Oklahoma staffing agency license or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with same-day placement expectations
