Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for hard-to-fill technical roles (Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists)
- Leverage Boolean sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify passive candidates
- Develop strategic partnerships with 20+ NYC-based tech clients
- Conduct technical interviews and skills assessments
- Optimize applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) workflows
- Mentor junior recruiters on market trends and candidate engagement
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience in NYC market
- Proven track record placing engineers at Series B+ startups
- Expert knowledge of Java, Python, AWS, and Kubernetes ecosystems
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Strong network within NYC's developer community
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
