Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified technical candidates for client positions using advanced sourcing techniques
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills and cultural fit
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of technical recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in IT/software development roles
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, and technical forums
- Strong knowledge of Nashville's tech market and emerging talent trends
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment marketing tools
