Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates for executive and specialized roles
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines in key industries including technology, biotech, and professional services
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and technical alignment
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding support
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with hiring managers to understand evolving talent needs
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment KPIs and improve placement quality
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to agency-wide talent acquisition best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with staffing agencies or corporate talent acquisition
- Proven track record placing candidates in technical, healthcare, or finance roles
- Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with candidates and Fortune 500 clients
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret market trends and salary benchmarks
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Valid Washington State driver's license for occasional client meetings
