- Conduct technical screenings and behavioral assessments with precision
- Manage client relationships through weekly partnership reviews and strategic talent forecasting
- Optimize ATS workflows and implement data-driven recruitment analytics
- Mentor junior recruiters on market trends and negotiation tactics
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven success in Silicon Valley's tech landscape
- Expertise in recruiting for software engineering, DevOps, and data science roles
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or equivalent credential preferred
