Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for software engineering roles at Fortune 500 startups
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies across GitHub, LinkedIn, and niche tech communities
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview processes
- Present data-driven recruitment reports to clients weekly
- Negotiate competitive offers and manage candidate onboarding
- Mentor junior recruiters on best practices and compliance standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruitment experience with Bay Area tech companies
- Proven success placing senior software engineers and DevOps specialists
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever preferred)
- Deep understanding of engineering stacks and hiring trends
- Strong network of passive tech candidates in Northern California
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-SCP designation
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
