Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to match candidates with client needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and industry partners
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidates and optimize recruitment workflows
- Drive recruitment strategies for diverse sectors including healthcare, tech, and finance
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop innovative sourcing campaigns
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of meeting quarterly KPIs and placement targets
- Expertise in candidate sourcing, behavioral interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Strong understanding of Baltimore's job market and industry trends
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification a plus
