Qualifications

- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and industry networks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) and recruitment analytics
