Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience in agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of meeting aggressive hiring targets in competitive markets
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and closing
- Strong network within Las Vegas tech and healthcare communities preferred
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or similar) and data-driven recruitment approach
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
