Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, IT, and logistics
- Build and maintain robust pipeline of passive candidates through proactive sourcing strategies
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from offer negotiation to onboarding support
- Develop strong client relationships to understand evolving talent needs
- Leverage ATS and CRM systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment processes
- Collaborate with team to achieve weekly/monthly placement targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct recruitment/staffing experience with proven placement success
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to manage high-volume requisitions under tight deadlines
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Professional Recruiter (CPSR) certification preferred
- Deep knowledge of Central Valley labor market dynamics
