Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in contract, temp-to-perm, and direct-hire roles
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines across IT, healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments to ensure perfect candidate-employer matches
- Develop strategic partnerships with hiring managers to understand evolving talent needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding
- Utilize ATS systems and social platforms to identify passive candidates
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical/staffing recruitment experience
- Proven track record in high-volume hiring environments
- Expertise in sourcing candidates for technical and non-technical roles
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Valid Ohio driver's license for client visits
