Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client openings within 24-48 hours
- Manage full-cycle recruitment pipeline: sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding
- Build and maintain relationships with 15+ key Cleveland-area employers weekly
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter for talent mapping
- Exceed monthly placement KPIs by 20% through strategic candidate engagement
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent trends in Northeast Ohio
- Collaborate with sales team to develop client-specific recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing/recruitment with proven track record of urgent placements
- Expertise in healthcare, IT, or manufacturing staffing highly preferred
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or Workday) required
- Strong network of Cleveland-area professionals and passive candidates
- Ability to close high-volume roles under tight deadlines
- Relevant certifications (CPC, CSP) or willingness to obtain within 6 months
