Responsibilities

- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from intake to placement
- Develop relationships with key hiring managers in Cleveland businesses

Qualifications
- 3+ years agency/staffing recruitment experience
- Proven success in high-volume candidate acquisition
- Expertise in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Bullhorn preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Cleveland's talent landscape
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Relevant degree or HR certification (SHRM-CP preferred)
