Responsibilities
- Source and qualify top-tier candidates for technical, administrative, and executive roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships across diverse industries
- Utilize ATS tools and data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies
- Lead recruitment marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Maintain compliance with EEOC and labor regulations
- Collaborate with sales team to align recruitment with client needs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience in Chicago market
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Strong knowledge of Chicago's talent landscape
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or similar)
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
