Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Managing full recruitment lifecycle from intake to placement
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Conducting behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for candidate management
- Driving business development through networking and cold outreach
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate/staffing agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in Boston's talent market (tech, finance, healthcare)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
