Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client openings using LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across key industries
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments to match candidates with perfect-fit roles
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: from job requisition to offer acceptance and onboarding
- Leverage CRM systems (e.g., Bullhorn) to track metrics and optimize hiring pipelines
- Represent Apex Talent Group at local career fairs and industry networking events
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop employer branding campaigns
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or corporate recruitment experience (agency preferred)
- Proven track record of filling technical/healthcare roles in Baltimore market
- Expert knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Bullhorn preferred)
- SHRM-CP or CER certification strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Valid driver's license for local client meetings
