Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client needs across industries
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match talent with organizational culture
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media for talent acquisition
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to address urgent staffing needs
- Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing industry experience
- Proven track record of meeting placement metrics in fast-paced environments
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and closing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive under pressure with urgent deadlines
