Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments
- Build and maintain strong client relationships in Philadelphia metro area
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Leverage ATS platforms and social media for talent acquisition
- Collaborate with sales team to understand client hiring needs

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience
