Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates for permanent and contract positions across IT, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs and market trends
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and niche job boards
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skill assessments to ensure perfect-fit placements
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding and retention
- Analyze market data to provide competitive salary insights and talent acquisition strategies
- Collaborate with sales team to exceed quarterly placement targets and revenue goals
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate or agency recruitment experience with proven placement success
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and closing
- Strong network of candidates in Raleigh-Durham tech or healthcare communities
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) and CRM tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to meet/exceed KPIs
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification a plus
