Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client openings using ATS platforms and Boolean search
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 active job requisitions simultaneously
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers across diverse industries
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments to ensure candidate-job fit
- Optimize recruitment funnel conversion rates through data-driven strategies
- Partner with marketing team to create compelling job advertisements and employer branding content
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction score through transparent communication
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate/staffing agency recruitment experience with Sacramento market knowledge
- Proven success in closing 50+ placements annually with strong client retention
- Expertise in leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and niche job boards
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn preferred)
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification highly desirable
- Exceptional negotiation skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Valid California driver's license for occasional client site visits
