Responsibilities
- Source and pre-qualified candidates for high-demand roles in healthcare, IT, and finance sectors
- Build and maintain robust client relationships with San Antonio's top employers
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to candidate placement
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, niche job boards, and local networking events
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments to ensure candidate-job fit
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop employer branding initiatives
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies and compensation benchmarks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of corporate or agency recruitment experience in San Antonio market
- Proven success in placing candidates across healthcare, IT, and finance sectors
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
