- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from requisition to offer acceptance
- Develop deep understanding of client's technical requirements and company culture
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for urgent hiring needs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and interview processes
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and niche tech platforms
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience in Portland market
- Proven success in closing mid-to-senity tech roles
- Expertise in sourcing hard-to-find talent (AI/ML, Cloud, Cybersecurity)
- Strong understanding of technical skills assessment methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Technical background or certification (CSM, PHR, or similar) preferred
